 INSURANCE

Most insurances accepted, including Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, Healthkeepers, MHN, Humana, ValueOptions, United Behavioral Health, Sentara, Magellan, Aetna, Cigna, Optima, Military One Source EAP.

Details about your insurance benefits, co-payment or co-insurance, preauthorization, and other specific information is usually outlined on your insurance card, or available by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. If you are uncertain about any details, please call me at 757-229-9286 to discuss.

FEES

A fee is charged for each service. You will be required to pay the co-payment or co-insurance (co-insurance is a percentage of the fee allowed by your insurance company and varies by health plan) amount, and any deductible assigned to you by your healthcare plan.  A co-payment amount for mental health or behavioral health services is typically listed on the back of your insurance card. A co-insurance amount is generally specified by the insurance company  after a claim has been submitted.
